Custom designs are final sale and cannot be exchanged or returned. If you’re interested in an exchange for a non-customized item, please reach out to our support team at firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days of your delivery date. Our support team will determine if your item is eligible for return, and guide you through the process.
All approved exchanges must be for an item of equal or higher value, and our $10 flat-rate processing fee doesn’t apply to exchanges. Once we receive your returned item, we’ll ship out your preferred exchange item at no cost to you.
Due to limited inventory, we are unable to guarantee items for exchange before your package arrives.
